Rob Boyd. Rob works in the Higher Education sector, quality assuring international programmes and teaching institutions around the world. He is also a singer songwriter, playing solo and with his band Rapid Results College.

 Jonathan Leverett. Jonathan directs and teaches stage combat. He has choreographed fights for Don Giovanni at the Britten Theatre,  a Danish production of Hamlet (staged at Elsinore Castle) and a sword-fighting ad for The Parliamentary Channel. He teaches at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the London College of Music and at workshops in the UK and abroad. Jonathan is also Managing Director of Acting Action Ltd, who provide action choreography and sword hire for dramatic productions.

 Julian Dakin. Treasurer. Julian has over 30 years corporate banking experience in London and New York, having worked at NatWest, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.  He is a director of independent record label Blang and is Finance Director of Hypo-Stream Limited, a medical research company specialising in the treatment of severe burns and wound care.

 Paul Hawkins. Paul Hawkins is the Festival Project Manager for Attitude is Everything, a charity who improve access to live music for Deaf and disabled people. He is also a musician and author who uses his own lived experience to improve access to the arts for disabled people.

 Rebecca Price. Rebecca has been a full-time 1:1 support worker to one of the QQF performers for 11 years. She has worked as a nanny, specialising in children with behavioural problems and learning disabilities. She has a BSC in Sports Rehabilitation and treats clients with injuries. Rebecca helps the QQF directors in rehearsals and shows.

 Jean Taylor. Chair. Jean worked for 15 years in senior positions in voluntary sector organisations providing support to people with a learning disability. Her most recent post in the sector was Assistant Director at Mencap.  Jean has also had a number of voluntary roles and has been governor of a special school. She is currently a trustee of The Camden Society.
