Dianne Leverett. Co-director.
Diane has taught adults with learning disabilities since 1997, specialising in dance, drama, prop-making, and sport. She has directed over 40 shows in schools, colleges, and day centres. She co-founded QQF in 2014. Diane is a qualified Special Needs British Gymnastics Trampoline Coach and Rebound Therapist.

Joe Murphy. Co-director.
Joe has worked with adults and children with learning disabilities since 1992, mainly as a teacher, specialising in drama and music, and directing over 30 shows, including King Lear at the Shaw Theatre with Jack Tizard School. As a teenager, Joe was a member of Sheffield Youth Theatre. Joe co-runs the Blang record label, which he founded in 2005, and leads the band Sergeant Buzfuz. In 2014, Joe co-founded QQF. In 2025, he completed the RSC Teaching Shakespeare Certificate in Stratford.
